Open the email client for the address you used during your Jiinubi Registration.
Look for an incoming message with a subject line like "Confirm your email address" or "Welcome to Jiinubi".
Step 2: Click the verification link
Open the message and locate the main action button.
Click the Verify My Email Address button or activation link embedded within the message.
Step 3: Confirmation
You will automatically redirect back to the platform.
Your Jiinubi Help Center status will instantly update to "Email Verified".
Troubleshooting Tips
Check your spam folder:If you do not see the message within two minutes, check your Junk, Spam, or Promotions folders.
Verify the address:Double-check that you are logged into the exact email account you used to register.
Request a new link:If the original link expires or fails, log back into your dashboard to trigger a fresh activation email by clicking Resend Verification Email.
