How much does it cost to move to another server?

Each user is initially assigned a server optimized for their country of registration. However, if you are unsatisfied with performance or other technical characteristics of server, you have option to easily switch to another server from available geographic regions. This process is free of charge and straightforward to implement.

Steps to move to another server:

  1. Create a ticket: Contact Jiinubi support team and create a ticket requesting server migration.
  2. Specify server: Clearly indicate which server you want to move your site to from list of available countries (KE,EU, US, ASIA, RU, BR, KZ, IN, UAE).
  3. Within 24 hours our specialists will consider your request and change server for you.
