Why do I see "This plugin requires upgrade"?
If you see message "This plugin requires an upgrade" on your published website, it means that these widgets are not supported on your current plan.
To upgrade plan from builder:
- Click on a plugin marked with a star icon;
- Click "Upgrade" option;
- Select desired plan to upgrade;
- Click "Buy now" button;
- Choose "Billing Cycle";
- Select "Payment Method";
- Fill in account owner's details and click "Buy now".
- Return to builder and re-publish your website.
To upgrade plan from Billing-details page:
- Click "Upgrade" option
- Select desired plan to upgrade;
- Click "Buy now" button;
- Choose "Billing Cycle";
- Select "Payment Method";
- Fill in account owner's details and click "Buy now";
- Return to builder and re-publish your website.
Note: If you see a message indicating 'This plugin requires upgrade' even after upgrading the plan as mentioned above, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
1)Your current plan might not support these plugins.
2)You may not have re-published your website after upgrading your plan.
