02. Exporting and Using Your Logo Assets

Exporting and Using Your Logo Assets

Once your design is complete in MyLogoMaker, the next step is downloading the correct file formats for your website, social media, and print materials. This guide explains the different asset types available at Jiinubi.

Step 1: Save Your Final Design

Before exporting, ensure all elements are perfectly aligned within the editor:

  • Click the "Preview" button to see how your logo looks on business cards and websites.
  • Click "Save" in the top right corner of the MyLogoMaker interface.
Tip:
We recommend saving a "Dark Mode" and a "Light Mode" version of your logo to ensure it looks great on any background.

Step 2: Understanding File Formats

MyLogoMaker provides several file types. Choosing the right one is essential for quality:

  • PNG (Transparent): Best for website headers and email signatures. It has no background.
  • SVG (Vector): Best for professional printing and high-end web design. It never loses quality when resized.
  • JPG: Standard format for social media profile pictures.
Notice:
Always use the SVG format for large-scale printing (like banners) to avoid pixelation.

Step 3: Download the Brand Kit

Instead of downloading one file at a time, you can grab your entire Brand Kit:

  1. Select the "Download Brand Kit" option.
  2. Your browser will start downloading a .ZIP file containing all sizes and formats.
  3. Extract the folder on your computer to access your assets.
Warning:
Do not rename the file extensions manually (e.g., changing .png to .jpg), as this can corrupt the file. Use the editor to export the specific format you need.

Step 4: Uploading to Your Website

Now that you have your files, you can apply your brand to your Jiinubi service:

  • Go to your Website Builder or WordPress Customizer.
  • Upload the Transparent PNG version to the "Logo" or "Header" section.
  • Upload a square version as your Favicon (the small icon in browser tabs).

Summary

Summary:
After designing with MyLogoMaker, export your work using the "Download Brand Kit" feature to receive PNG, SVG, and JPG formats. Use transparent PNGs for web use and SVGs for print. These assets are stored in your Jiinubi account for easy access whenever you need to update your online presence.
