How to Request a Payout (PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Store Credit)
Once your affiliate commissions have cleared the maturity period and reached the minimum payout threshold, you can request a withdrawal using one of our supported payout methods. This guide explains the process, available options, and important requirements to avoid delays.
1. How to Initiate a Withdrawal
- Log in to your Jiinubi Affiliate Area from the Client Area.
- Check your Available Commissions Balance.
- If you have met the minimum payout threshold, click the Request Withdrawal button.
- A support ticket will be automatically created (or you will be prompted to open one) to confirm your preferred payout method.
Our billing team will then review your request and process the payout according to the selected method.
2. Available Payout Methods
A. PayPal (Most Popular)
- Best for: International affiliates and fast access to funds
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Requirement: The email address linked to your PayPal account
Note:
PayPal may charge a receiving or currency conversion fee depending on your country. These fees are set by PayPal and are outside of Jiinubi’s control.
B. Bank Transfer (Wire / ACH / EFT)
- Best for: Large payouts (typically over $500) or affiliates without PayPal
- Processing Time: 3–7 business days
- Requirements: Bank Name, Account Number, and SWIFT/BIC code
Warning:
Incorrect bank details will result in failed or delayed payments. Always double-check your account number and SWIFT/BIC code before submission.
C. Jiinubi Store Credit
- Best for: Existing Jiinubi customers
- Processing Time: Instant (once approved)
- Use case: Pay for hosting renewals, upgrades, or domain registrations
Tip:
We often provide a 5–10% bonus when you convert commissions into Jiinubi Store Credit instead of withdrawing cash.
3. Payout Schedule
To ensure accuracy and fraud prevention, all payout requests are manually reviewed by our billing department.
- Processing Day: Payouts are typically processed every Friday
- Cut-off Time: Requests submitted after Thursday 5:00 PM (GMT) are processed the following week
4. Verification Requirements
For your protection and to comply with international financial regulations, we may request additional verification during your first payout:
- Identity Verification: A government-issued ID
- Tax Information: Depending on your country (e.g., W-8BEN for non-US residents)
These checks are typically one-time and help prevent fraud or payment reversals.
5. Important Constraints
