Password Best Practices

  • Complexity: Use a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols (e.g., @, #, !).
  • Length: Aim for at least 12 characters.
  • Avoid Re-use: Do not reuse the same password from email or social media accounts.
  • Separation: Your Client Area password (billing) is separate from your cPanel password (website files), though you may choose to set them the same if desired.

Tip:
Consider using a password manager to generate and store strong, unique passwords securely.
