Mail Client Setup: Connecting Your New Email to Outlook or Gmail

While you can use Jiinubi Webmail in any browser, most users prefer to use a dedicated app like Outlook, Apple Mail, or the Gmail mobile app.

1. Universal Settings (SSL/TLS)

Use these settings for a secure connection on any device:

• Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com
• Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com
• Username: Your full email address
• IMAP Port: 993
• SMTP Port: 465

2. Setting up on Outlook (Desktop)

1. Open Outlook > File > Add Account.
2. Enter your email and select "Manual Setup".
3. Choose IMAP.
4. Enter the server details above and ensure "My outgoing server requires authentication" is checked in "More Settings".

3. Setting up on Mobile (Gmail/Apple Mail App)

1. Go to your phone's Settings > Mail (or Add Account in the Gmail app).
2. Select "Other" (do not select Google or Outlook.com).
3. Enter your email details. If prompted for "Security Type", always choose SSL/TLS.
