How to Access Your Webmail

There are three main ways to log in to your Jiinubi Webmail. Choose the one that best fits your workflow.

Method 1: The Direct URL (Fastest)

  • Open your browser and type: https://yourdomain.com/webmail (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain).
  • Enter your Full Email Address (e.g., info@yourdomain.com) and your Email Password.
  • Click Login.
Note:
If yourdomain.com/webmail doesn't work (e.g., domain is still propagating), use the secure port: https://yourdomain.com:2096.

Method 2: Via the Jiinubi Dashboard (No Password Needed)

  1. Log in to your Jiinubi Client Area.
  2. Go to Services > My Services and select your hosting plan.
  3. Click Login to cPanel on the left-hand menu.
  4. Inside cPanel, click Email Accounts.
  5. Find the email you want to check and click the Check Email button next to it.

Method 3: Via Your Server’s IP Address

  • Locate your Server IP Address in your "New Account Information" email.
  • In your browser, type: https://SERVER_IP:2096
  • Log in with your email credentials as usual.

What Happens After You Log In?

  • Open My Inbox: Click the Open button to see your emails.
  • Set as Default: Check the box "Open my inbox when I log in" to skip the landing page next time.
  • Manage Your Inbox: From the Webmail home screen, you can set up Autoresponders, Forwarders, or change your Email Password.
