How to Access Your Webmail
There are three main ways to log in to your Jiinubi Webmail. Choose the one that best fits your workflow.
Method 1: The Direct URL (Fastest)
- Open your browser and type: https://yourdomain.com/webmail (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain).
- Enter your Full Email Address (e.g., info@yourdomain.com) and your Email Password.
- Click Login.
Note:
If yourdomain.com/webmail doesn't work (e.g., domain is still propagating), use the secure port: https://yourdomain.com:2096.

Troubleshooting Common Issues
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| "Login Failed" | Ensure you are using the Full Email Address as the username, not just the part before the @. |
| "Site Not Secure" Warning | This happens if your SSL isn't active yet. Click "Advanced" and "Proceed," but activate your Free SSL as soon as possible. |
| Page Won't Load | Your network might be blocking Port 2096. Try a mobile hotspot or different internet connection. |
