How to Create and Set Up Your Professional Email
A professional email address builds trust with your customers and strengthens your brand. With your Jiinubi hosting account, you can create unlimited* email addresses associated with your domain.
Phase 1: Creating the Email Account
- Log In: Access your Jiinubi Client Area and go to Services > My Services.
- Enter cPanel: Click on your active hosting plan and select the Login to cPanel button on the left sidebar.
- Find Email Accounts: In the cPanel dashboard, go to the Email section and click Email Accounts.
- Create: Click the + Create button on the right side.
- Details:
- Username: Enter the prefix you want (e.g., hello, sales, or yourname).
- Password: Set a strong password or use the "Generate" button.
- Finish: Click + Create at the bottom of the page. Your email is now live!
Phase 2: How to Access Your Mail
There are two main ways to check your professional email:
Option A: Jiinubi Webmail (Easiest)
- Direct Link: Go to www.yourdomain.com/webmail
- Login: Use your full email address and the password you just created.
- Interface: Choose Roundcube to enter your inbox.
Option B: Connecting to Mobile or Desktop Apps
If you want to receive your Jiinubi emails inside apps like Outlook, Gmail, or iPhone Mail, use these settings:

Phase 3: Troubleshooting Common Issues
- Emails not sending? Ensure your Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication with the same username and password as your inbox.
- Not receiving emails? If you recently registered or transferred your domain, it may take a few hours for MX Records to propagate globally.
- Mailbox Full? Increase the Folder Quota in the cPanel Email Accounts settings.
