Password Best Practices
To protect your Jiinubi account from brute-force and unauthorized access attempts, we recommend using a password that:
- Is at least 12 characters long
- Includes uppercase and lowercase letters
- Includes at least one number and one symbol (e.g. @, #, $, !)
- Is not used on any other website or service
Important: Password Types at Jiinubi
Depending on your setup, you may have multiple passwords:
- Client Area Password: Used to log in to jiinubi.com for billing, domains, and support.
- cPanel Password: Used to manage website files, emails, and databases (often synced with Client Area).
- WordPress Admin Password: Used to log in to yourdomain.com/wp-admin to manage website content.
Tip
Resetting your Client Area password does not automatically change your WordPress Admin password. WordPress credentials must be managed inside WordPress itself.
