How to Log In to the Jiinubi Client Area
The Jiinubi Client Area is your central hub for managing everything related to your account. Whether you need to pay an invoice, register a new domain, or access your cPanel, it all starts here.
Manage billing, services, domains, support tickets, and access your hosting tools.
Step 1: Locate the Login Link
There are two easy ways to reach the login page:
- From the homepage: Visit Jiinubi.com and click “Client Login” or “Account” in the top-right corner of the navigation menu.
- Direct URL: Go straight to your dashboard by visiting https://jiinubi.com/clientarea.php
Step 2: Enter Your Credentials
Once you are on the login page, enter the following details:
- Email address: The email you used when signing up or purchasing a service.
- Password: The password you created during checkout.
This password may be different from your WordPress or cPanel password unless you intentionally set them to be the same.
Step 3: Accessing Your Dashboard
After clicking “Login”, you will be taken to your Client Home page. From here, you can quickly see:
- Services: Your active hosting plans
- Domains: Your registered domain names
- Invoices: Any paid or unpaid bills
- Support Tickets: Your communication with our technical team
Common Login Issues
1. Forgotten Password
If you can’t remember your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. Enter your registered email address and we’ll send you a secure password reset link.
2. “Login Details Incorrect” Error
Ensure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of your email address. If you recently changed or migrated your account email, try using your old email address first.
3. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
If you have enabled 2FA, you will be prompted to enter a 6-digit verification code from your authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator) after entering your password.
Safety Tip
Always ensure the URL in your browser starts with https://jiinubi.com. Jiinubi will never ask for your password via email, phone, or social media.
