Understanding the Jiinubi Ecosystem (Shop vs. Dashboard)

To provide a world-class hosting experience, Jiinubi uses multiple powerful systems working together as one. While the transition between them is seamless, understanding which "zone" you are in will help you manage your digital assets more efficiently.

Quick overview
Jiinubi consists of three main areas: the Shop, the Dashboard, and the Control Panel (cPanel). Each serves a specific purpose.

1. The Jiinubi Shop (The Storefront)

The Shop is the public-facing part of Jiinubi.com. This is where you discover services, compare options, and start your journey with us.

What you do here

  • Search for and purchase new domain names
  • Compare hosting plans (Shared, WordPress, or VPS)
  • Read our latest blog posts and guides
  • View pricing tables and promotional offers
Access
Simply visit Jiinubi.com

2. The Jiinubi Dashboard (The Client Area)

Once you create an account, the Dashboard becomes your command center. This is your private area where all billing, services, and support management happens.

What you do here

  • Billing: View unpaid invoices, download receipts, and update payment methods
  • Services: Manage active hosting plans and access control panels (cPanel)
  • Domains: Manage nameservers, lock/unlock domains, and handle renewals
  • Support: Open and track support tickets with our technical team
Access
Click Login or Client Area from the main menu on our homepage

3. The Control Panel (cPanel)

The cPanel is where your website and email actually live. This is the system that handles your files, databases, email accounts, and software installations.

Common tasks in cPanel

  • Upload and manage website files
  • Create and manage email accounts
  • Install WordPress and other applications
  • Manage databases and backups
Important difference
If you want to pay a bill, go to the Dashboard.
If you want to create an email address or install WordPress, go to cPanel (accessed through the Dashboard).

Seamless Navigation Tip

Thanks to our integrated design, moving between the Shop and the Dashboard is easy. Look for the “My Account” or “Login” link in the top-right corner of the website.

Once logged in, your session remains active, allowing you to switch between purchasing new services and managing existing ones without friction.

Tip for new users
If you're ever unsure where you are, remember: the Shop is for buying, the Dashboard is for managing, and cPanel is for building.
