- Cancel each active service individually by clicking Request Cancellation.

- Open a Support Ticket addressed to the Billing or Account Department.
- Include the following information:
- Full name and email associated with your account
- Reason for closing your account
- Confirmation that all services are cancelled and backups are completed
- Submit the ticket and wait for confirmation from Jiinubi support.
