Termination Policy: Actions that Lead to Account Suspension

At Jiinubi, we want all our affiliates to succeed. However, certain actions compromise platform security or the reputation of our brand. In such cases, Jiinubi reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship.

1. Immediate Grounds for Termination

The following actions are considered material breaches and result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

  • Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, creating fake referrals, or cookie stuffing (forcing cookies onto users' browsers without a click).
  • Brand Impersonation: Creating websites that mimic Jiinubi’s official design or using "Jiinubi" in your domain name (e.g., jiinubihosting-discounts.com).
  • Brand Bidding (PPC): Continuing to bid on the "Jiinubi" keyword after receiving a warning.
  • Self-Referral Abuse: Persistently using your own link for personal purchases or creating multiple accounts to bypass the system.

2. Termination with Notice

In some cases, a partnership may simply no longer be a good fit. Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement by providing 15 days’ written notice. Common reasons include:

  • Dormancy: Accounts with zero clicks and zero referrals for 18 consecutive months may be marked inactive and closed.
  • Low-Quality Traffic: Affiliates sending high volumes of junk traffic (bots or high-bounce visitors) that do not convert or strain servers.

3. What Happens After Termination?

  • Link Deactivation: Your referral link stops tracking. Users clicking it will likely go to the Jiinubi homepage, but no cookie will be set.
  • Access Revoked: You will no longer have access to the Affiliate Dashboard.
  • Final Payout:
    • If terminated for cause (fraud or policy violation): All pending and available commissions are forfeited.
    • If terminated without cause (notice/dormancy): Any available balance above the $50 threshold will be paid during the next billing cycle.

4. Summary of Affiliate Code of Conduct

To maintain your account in good standing, always follow these three rules:

Rule Action
Be Honest Do not make false claims about our prices or features.
Be Transparent Disclose that you are an affiliate when posting on blogs or social media.
Be Original Build your own brand and content rather than copying Jiinubi’s official site.

Congratulations!
You have now completed the Jiinubi Affiliate Knowledgebase series. You are equipped to promote Jiinubi effectively, track your earnings, and stay within our security and compliance guidelines.
