Real-time Reporting: Interpreting Your Dashboard Stats
Your Affiliate Dashboard provides real-time insights into how your referral links are performing. Understanding these statistics helps you optimize your strategy and earn more commissions.
1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
At the top of your Affiliate Area, you will see four primary metrics. Here is what each one actually represents:
- Visitors (Clicks):
The total number of times your affiliate link has been clicked.
Insight: If you have many visitors but no signups, your call-to-action is working, but the landing page may not match visitor expectations. - Signups:
The number of users who clicked your link and created a Jiinubi account, even if they have not purchased yet. - Conversions:
The most important metric. This represents completed orders where the customer successfully paid for a service. - Conversion Rate:
The percentage of visitors who ended up purchasing a service.
Formula:
(Conversions ÷ Visitors) × 100
Industry Benchmark:
A conversion rate between 1% and 3% is considered very healthy in the web hosting industry.
2. Understanding the Commission Balances
Your dashboard shows three different commission balances. Each one represents a different payment stage:
| Pending Commissions | Earnings from recent sales that are still in the holding period to account for our 30-day money-back guarantee. |
| Available to Withdraw | Commissions that have cleared the holding period and are ready for payout. |
| Total Withdrawn | The lifetime amount Jiinubi has already paid out to you. |
3. Understanding the Referral Table
Below your summary statistics, you will find a detailed table showing each individual referral. Each row includes:
- Signup Date: When the customer completed their order.
- Product / Service: What was purchased (for example, “Professional Shared Hosting”).
- Amount: The total value of the customer’s order.
- Commission: Exactly how much you earned from that sale.
- Status:
- Pending: Still within the holding period.
- Active: Added to your available balance.
- Cleared / Paid: Already paid out to you.
4. Using Your Data to Earn More
- Identify Top Products:
If most of your conversions come from WordPress Hosting, focus your content on WordPress tutorials, plugins, and optimization tips. - Track Traffic Trends:
Look for spikes in clicks after newsletters, blog posts, or social media campaigns so you can repeat what works.
Note:
Clicks are tracked in real-time, but it can take up to 15–30 minutes for a completed purchase to appear as a conversion in your dashboard.
