How to Add Funds via PayPal

For international clients or those who keep digital earnings in USD, PayPal is an ideal way to manage your Jiinubi account balance.

Steps to Add Funds via PayPal

  1. Log in to the Client Area: Access your dashboard at jiinubi.com/clientarea.php.
  2. Go to Billing: Select Billing > Add Funds from the top menu.
  3. Enter Deposit Amount: Input the amount you wish to add. Note: If your account is in KES, PayPal will automatically convert your USD balance based on the current exchange rate during checkout.
  4. Select PayPal: Choose PayPal as your payment method and click Add Funds.
  5. Authorize via PayPal:
    • You will be redirected to the secure PayPal login page.
    • Log in with your PayPal credentials.
    • Choose your funding source (PayPal Balance, linked Bank Account, or Credit Card).
  6. Confirm Payment: Review the transaction and click Pay Now. Once complete, you will be redirected back to the Jiinubi Client Area, and your funds will appear in your account credit instantly.
???? Tip: If you have an active credit balance from a PayPal deposit, Jiinubi will automatically use it to settle invoices for hosting or domains, preventing manual monthly payments.

Important Considerations for PayPal Users

  • Verified Accounts: Ensure your PayPal account is verified. Unverified accounts may trigger security reviews and delay funds being added to your Jiinubi wallet.
  • Transaction Fees: Jiinubi does not charge extra fees, but PayPal may apply currency conversion fees if paying in a different currency.
  • Top-Up Tip for Kenyans: If you use M-Pesa but want to pay via PayPal, you can use the Safaricom PayPal Mobile Money Service to transfer funds from M-Pesa to your PayPal account before adding them to Jiinubi.
⚠️ Warning: Do not share your PayPal login details with anyone. Only authorize payments you initiated from your Jiinubi Client Area.
???? Notice: PayPal deposits are instant once approved, but during high-security checks, it may take a few minutes for your balance to update.
