Post-Purchase: Accessing cPanel and Your Welcome Email

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, the Jiinubi system provisions your account.

What Happens Next

The "Welcome Email": You will receive an email titled "New Account Information". Do not delete this. It contains:

• Your Control Panel (cPanel) URL.
• Your FTP hostname and IP address.
• Nameservers (e.g., ns1.jiinubi.com and ns2.jiinubi.com).

Accessing cPanel

Method A: Click the link in your email and enter the provided username and password.
Method B: Log in to your Jiinubi Client Area, go to Services > My Services, click your plan, and click "Login to cPanel" on the sidebar.

Your folder structure (public_html) is created instantly, allowing you to start uploading files even while your domain is propagating.
