Notice and Removal of Non-Consensual Intimate Visual Depictions
Non-consensual intimate visual imagery of an identifiable individual online is prohibited under the US federal law titled the TAKE IT DOWN Act. If you wish to report images that are intimate depictions published without your consent and Jiinubi is the hosting provider, send an email to takeitdownact@Jiinubi.com. Please provide all of the following in your report and request for removal:
- Location of Infringing Material. Identification of the intimate visual depiction of the identifiable individual that has been published without consent. The information must be reasonably sufficient to permit Jiinubi to locate the material. Therefore, it must include a specific URL for each instance of publication.
- Good Faith Statement. A brief statement that the identifiable individual has a good faith belief that any intimate visual depiction(s) identified in this Notice is not consensual, including any relevant information for Jiinubi to determine the intimate visual depiction was published without the consent of the identifiable individual; and
- Statement Under Perjury. Where the Notice is not submitted by the identifiable individual, include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the reporter is authorized to act on behalf of the identifiable individual.
- Contact Information. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Jiinubi to contact the identifiable individual (or an authorized person acting on behalf of the identifiable individual.)
- Signature. A physical or electronic signature of the identified individual or authorized person acting on their behalf.
Upon receipt of a Notice, Jiinubi will review the submission for completeness and confirm that the website uses Jiinubi’s hosting services. If Jiinubi is not the hosting provider, we will inform you so that the Notice can be submitted to the proper provider. If Jiinubi does provide hosting services, we will promptly locate the material identified in the Notice and remove/disable it.
You should be aware that if Jiinubi acts only as the domain registrar, and does not provide hosting services in respect of the disputed content, we do not have the technical ability to take action in response to your Notice. You will need to contact the hosting provider and may be able to identify the provider using online tools such as RrSG ACID Tool.
