Security Incidents, Abuse, and Compromise Handling (What to Expect)

This section explains how Jiinubi acts during security, abuse, or account compromise incidents. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to these actions.

.Phishing, Fake Invoices, and Fraud Attempts

If Jiinubi detects or receives reports of phishing, fake invoices, or impersonation:

• The affected service or domain may be immediately suspended or locked
• DNS, email, or hosting access may be disabled to prevent further harm
• The customer will be notified through the registered email address
• Evidence may be preserved for legal or regulatory reporting

Jiinubi is not responsible for losses caused by third-party phishing attacks where credentials were voluntarily disclosed.

   .Account Takeover and Compromise Response

If an account is suspected to be compromised:

• Immediate temporary account lock may occur
• Password resets and security enforcement will be required
• Access may be limited until ownership is verified
• Services may remain suspended until the threat is resolved

Jiinubi prioritizes platform security over uninterrupted access during incidents.

   .Access Recovery and Ownership Verification

To recover access to an account, domain, or service, Jiinubi may require:

• Verification through the original registered email
• Proof of payment or billing history
• Identity verification documents
• Domain-specific verification records

Failure to verify ownership may result in permanent access denial.

When disputes or abuse complaints arise:

• Jiinubi will review internal logs, billing records, and service activity
